A small team that walks a lot
Rayadoen started in 2019 because our founder, Nalin, had moved four times into homes advertised as “near the BTS” that turned out to be a 20-minute walk in the sun.
So we have one rule: every home we list gets walked and timed, door to station entrance, at 8 a.m. on a weekday. Today we look after about 120 homes for rent and sale in Sathorn, Silom, Ari and Thonglor.
Half our clients are people moving to Bangkok for work; the other half are Bangkokians who want to stop driving to the office. Both want to know the same thing: what time do I leave on Monday morning?
