Annual financial statements and audit coordination

From6,000 THB/year
We close the year, prepare the financial statements and work with an independent certified auditor until the statements are signed off and filed with every agency.
What is included
- Year-end adjustments and stock count
- Statement of financial position, income statement and notes
- Supplying information to the auditor and answering their queries
- PND 50 and PND 51 corporate income tax returns
- Financial statements (Sor Bor Chor 3) and shareholder list (Bor Or Jor 5) filed through DBD e-Filing
| Task | Due by |
|---|---|
| Shareholders’ meeting approves the statements | 30 Apr |
| Shareholder list (Bor Or Jor 5) | 14 days after the meeting |
| Financial statements to DBD (Sor Bor Chor 3) | 1 month after the meeting |
| PND 50 annual corporate income tax | 30 May |

The audit fee is paid directly to the certified auditor, from 10,000 THB a year. Auditors must be independent of the bookkeeper, so we never certify statements we prepared ourselves.
Company registration with DBD
