Rates are per villa per night and include breakfast for every guest, tax and service charge. There is no extra charge per person, as long as you stay within the villa’s maximum.

Garden Pool Villa

One bedroom, for couples

A one-bedroom villa we designed for couples. Bedroom and living space share one high-ceilinged room, and folding glass doors open onto a 3×7 m salt-water pool. Around it are frangipani trees and 2.4 m garden walls, with no windows from other villas looking in.

The bathroom has a terrazzo basin and an outdoor shower. Breakfast is served on the wooden deck by the pool.

Villas 4–5

Family Pool Villa

Two bedrooms, for families

The two bedrooms sit on opposite sides of the house, so parents and children, or two couples, each get their own privacy. In the middle, the living room and kitchenette open onto a 4×9 m pool.

The pool has a 50 cm shallow step where small children can sit in the water, and we fit a removable pool fence free of charge if you ask ahead.

Grand Pool Residence

Three bedrooms, for larger groups

Our largest house, and there is only one. Floor-to-ceiling glass opens onto a 5×12 m pool, with a waterside sala for lazy afternoons and enough lawn for children to run around.

The full kitchen has a gas hob, an oven and a ten-seat dining table. It suits big families, birthdays and friends travelling together.
