Step by step

One account manager looks after your project from start to finish and sends a status update on LINE every week.

  1. Brief and assessment

Waiting on your trial or approval1–3 days

We talk through your target customers, selling points, desired texture, retail price and sales channels. Your account manager turns this into a one-page brief that both sides confirm.

    You prepare
Reference products (if any), a target price per unit and the quantity you need
    You receive
A written brief, a preliminary quote and a week-by-week timeline
  2. Formula development

    Factory work7–21 days

Our formulators choose the actives and base to match the brief, check every ingredient against Thai cosmetics regulations, and estimate raw-material cost per unit.

    You prepare
Confirm the key actives and any claims you want on the label
    You receive
One or two prototype formulas with an estimated unit cost
Formulator in gloves pouring liquid from a beaker, with sample bottles and a formula notebook on the bench
  3. Sample trials and approval

Waiting on your trial or approval7–14 days per round

We send 15–30 g samples for real-life use. Texture, fragrance and colour can be adjusted up to three rounds at no extra cost. Approved formulas go straight into preliminary stability testing.

    You prepare
Try the samples and send feedback within 7 days per round
    You receive
Samples with notes on each adjustment. From round four, 1,500 THB per round
  4. Thai FDA notification

    Factory work7–15 business days

Our regulatory team prepares the documents and files the cosmetic notification through the Thai Food and Drug Administration’s online system, and checks that all label wording is compliant.

    You prepare
Trade name and notifier details, as an individual or a company
    You receive
The notification receipt with its number. Service fee from 3,500 THB per product
  5. Packaging and artwork

Waiting on your trial or approval15–30 days, alongside step 4

Choose bottles, tubes, jars or sachets from suppliers already tested for compatibility with your formula, or send your own packaging for testing. Our designers lay out labels to Thai FDA requirements.

    You prepare
Approve the label design and colour proof on schedule
    You receive
Production-ready packaging. Label design from 4,500 THB per design
  6. Production and filling

    Factory work15–30 days

The formula is mixed in vacuum tanks, checked for pH and viscosity before filling, filled in a dust-controlled room, and every unit is printed with a lot number and manufacturing date.

    You prepare
A 50% deposit before production starts
    You receive
A batch record for the lot, traceable at every step
  7. Lot release and delivery

    Factory work3–7 days

Each lot is checked for microbial count, fill weight, sealing and labelling before release. We deliver with our own trucks in Bangkok and nearby provinces, or hand over to your chosen carrier or freight forwarder.

    You prepare
    Pay the balance before shipping
    You receive
Shelf-ready goods and a COA for the lot. We keep retained samples for the product’s full shelf life

Minimums and lead times by product type

Sunscreen takes longer than other categories because SPF results from an external lab are needed before labels are printed.

Questions about the process and payment

Can I get my products sooner?

Yes. With a ready formula and packaging we already stock, a first lot takes about 6–8 weeks, because formula development is skipped and there is less waiting for packaging.

What if I’m still not happy after three sample rounds?

We can keep adjusting at 1,500 THB per round, or our formulators can propose a new base that is closer to your reference product.

How do payments work?

The formula development fee is paid when step 2 starts. Production requires a 50% deposit on order confirmation, with the balance due before shipping. Tax invoices are issued for every payment.

Who holds the Thai FDA notification number?

The notification is issued in the notifier’s name agreed in step 4. If you move production elsewhere in future, our regulatory team will explain the steps involved.
