From brief to shelf-ready product
A first lot takes about 9–13 weeks. Packaging runs in parallel with the Thai FDA notification, so steps don’t wait on each other.

Brief and assessment
We talk through your customers, selling points, texture and retail price, then agree a one-page brief that both sides confirm.

Formula development
Our formulators choose actives and a base to match the brief, check every ingredient against Thai cosmetics regulations and estimate the unit cost.

Sample trials and approval
We send 15–30 g samples for real-life use. Texture, fragrance and colour can be adjusted up to three rounds at no extra cost.

Thai FDA notification
Our regulatory team prepares the documents, files the notification online with the Thai FDA and checks that all label wording is compliant.

Packaging and artwork
Choose bottles, tubes or jars already tested with your formula. Our designers lay out labels to Thai FDA requirements.

Production and filling
Mixed in vacuum tanks, checked for pH and viscosity, filled in a dust-controlled room, and every unit printed with a lot number and date.

Microbial count, fill weight and labels are checked before the lot is released and delivered with its COA.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Serums, creams and ready formulas start at 500 units per formula. Sunscreens, cleansers and body care start at 1,000 units, because they need larger mixing tanks to keep the whole lot consistent.
Who owns the formula you develop?
Once a custom formula is developed and the development fee is paid, we sign an NDA and never produce that formula for another brand. Ready formulas are our standard formulas, which you can adjust for fragrance, colour and actives.
Do I need a registered company for the Thai FDA notification?
No. Notification can be made by an individual or a company. Our regulatory team sends you the document checklist and files the notification through the Thai FDA online system.
What costs should I expect?
There are four main parts: formula development (from 15,000 THB, credited back when you order production under our terms), the unit production price, packaging, and the Thai FDA notification service. Every item is listed separately on the quote.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, with at least three business days’ notice. Visits run Monday to Friday, 09:30–15:00. Production rooms are viewed through glass to meet hygiene requirements.
